MAPAS joins forces with leading cultural venues in Gran Canaria and Tenerife
The programme for the fourth edition of the South Atlantic Performing Arts Market, MAPAS, was presented today at a press conference. This year, the event takes on a regional dimension as it expands across the Canary Islands. Further details about the market, which will take place from 14 to 18 December in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, was provided today at a press conference by the Deputy Minister of Culture for the Government of the Canary Islands, Juan Márquez; Vice-President and Minister of Culture at the Cabildo de Tenerife, Enrique Arriaga; Minister of Culture at the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, Guacimara Medin; Director of Culture at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City Council, and the directors of MAPAS, Mario Vega and Octavio Arbeláez.
