Summary

Managing rights. The current situation of individual and collective rights management will be analysed by region (in online and offline settings). The challenges of documentation, transparency and speed in collective management will be discussed, new management models will be presented and explained and ways of creating a symbiosis allowing musical culture to be exchanged and management organisations to operate will be explored.
