Momi Maiga stands out as a virtuoso of his instrument (kora), as well as for his vocal fluency and as a curious composer with an amazing musical sensitivity. Momi is descended from a family of Griots from Senegal, transmitters of the Kora. He brings this beautiful instrument in new ways and musical styles such as flamenco, jazz and fusion. This year he presents his debut album entitled NIO.
