Axel Krygier constructs and deconstructs his music live using a device that takes mapping to new heights, rather like a descendant of John Cage’s prepared piano. In his show, Krygier combines an entertaining speech with vocals modified to sound monstrous with his music, which contains elements of freak-folk, cumbia, impressionism, electronica and hip hop.
